CANCELLATION OF THE CONCERT ICE CLASSIC: ROYAL PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA
Following the recommendations issued by the Crisis Team working with the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland, including the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, the Kraków Festival Office regrets to announce the cancellation of the concert ICE Classic: Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, scheduled to be held on 25 March 2020 at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre.
The Crisis Team working with the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland, including the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, has announced that all public institutions including philharmonics, opera houses, theatres, museums, schools, universities and art colleges will be temporarily closed between 12 and 25 March 25. This it to halt the spread of the coronavirus (12 / COVID-19).
As a cultural institution of the City of Kraków, the Kraków Festival Office regrets to announce that all events planned between 12 and 25 March have been cancelled. This includes the concert ICE Classic: Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. See below for information on ticket and pass refunds.

If you booked your tickets or passes via Eventim.pl, you will receive an email explaining how to get a refund.
TICKETS AND PASSES BOOKED IN PERSON AT EVENTIM SALES POINTS
You can only obtain a refund at the same sales point where you made your original booking.
TICKETS AND PASSES BOOKED AT INFOKRAKÓW POINTS
We are happy to announce the reopening of certain information points of the InfoKraków Tourist Information Network. For administrative and safety reasons, we will be reopening in stages according the following schedule:
On 4 May, we will reopen:
The InfoKraków Point at the Wyspiański Pavilion, 9am – 5pm
The InfoKraków Point at Sukiennice, 9am – 5pm
The InfoKraków Point at 7 Zgody Street, 10am – 7pm
On 6 May, we will reopen:
The InfoKraków Point at 2 Św. Jana Street, 9am – 7pm
The InfoKraków Point at 25 Szpitalna Street, 9am – 5pm
On 8 May, we will reopen:
The InfoKraków Point at 7 Św. Józefa Street, 9am – 5pm
The InfoKraków Point at 11 Powiśle Street Street, 9am – 5pm
The InfoKraków Points at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre and the Kraków Airport remain closed until further notice. For the safety of our staff and customers, we are introducing new regulations at all InfoKraków Points. Full information is available at each site.
Given the current situation, refunds will be issued within six months of the scheduled date of the event. This period may be extended in the future.
